Payments will be returned if a session has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

Your booking is NOT confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to any services if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
If there are any sessions cancelled to typical bad weather, BW Elite Goalkeeping Coaching will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
To cancel your subscription, please give us 28 days notice. Failure to provide appropriate notice, cost for the following month will be due. Your child can still attend the sessions during the paid notice period. Subscriptions cannot be paused.
